EZ-Controller / EZ-Controller Turbo

EZ-Controller and EZ-Controller Turbo are small but complete microcontroller boards based on around a PIC18. The board and build in boot loader makes the processor very easy to use. The modules low cost makes it ideal for students, hobbyists and cost sensitive projects. EZ-Controller is very easy use and program from SourceBoost IDE.

The onboard boot loader means that an external programmer is not required. The device is programmed in circuit using an RS232 cable. EZ-Controllers are also compatible with Microchip ICD2 for Source Level Debugging (without the boot loader).

Despite its low cost we have not comprised the hardware design or functionality.

Development Board

The Development Board for EZ-Controller and EZ-Controller Turbo provides a quick and easy way to experiment with EZ-Controller based projects. The schematic for the development board can be found here.

The board includes:

• Power ON/OFF switch.

Programming Cable

This cable allows connection between a PC 9 Pin RS232 port and the EZ-Controller or EZ-Controller Turbo three pin programming connection. This is an essential buy with your first EZ-Controller.
